Hello there!

Can you believe it’s nearly March already? I’ll keep this short and sweet, but I’m conscious that my blog is monthly, and the month is nearly over.

Kindle Deals for World Book Day week!

From Monday 2nd March (8 a.m. GMT for UK and 8 a.m. PST for the US) until the end of Sunday 8th March, all of my books will be reduced on Kindle from 3.99 to 0.99! It would be great if you could please help spread the word. Here’s a handy image 😁:

Fyn Carter 3!

After a good amount of prep work, at the end of January I started writing Fyn Carter 3. It’s slow progress at the moment due to other commitments, but it’s started picking up again and is coming along nicely. I’m really excited for the story. It’s fun to be back with the characters, and I’m putting them through some very different experiences right from the start. I have a title in mind (and have started sketching the book cover), but it’s a bit soon to say much more yet. It’s happening, and I’ll share more soonish!

Podcast interview

Last weekend I was interviewed for spooky, bookish podcast, Shivers & Spines. It was my first podcast interview, and it was a bit eeky, but I enjoyed it a lot. We talk about The Shoe Creeper (as it’s a spooky adventure), but also the Fyn Carter series and publishing in general. I’ll share the link when it’s available to listen to next month 🙂

A flaming book launch!

On Thursday evening I was lucky enough to attend the book launch for author, Jenny Moore’s latest middle grade adventure, Dragon Girl and the Awakened Flames. It was a great evening with a real buzz about it. I loved seeing so many writing friends there too. You can learn more about the book here.

Libraries

I recently visited a library and saw Fyn Carter 1 and 2 on the shelves which was amazing – even more so when I learned that the The Shoe Creeper (which they also have) was on loan. Please do request my books at your local library if you can. It helps me find readers, and readers are what it’s all about.

On that, I’ll say thanks for reading, and if you’ve enjoyed my books but not reviewed them yet, please do where you can (even if it’s star ratings rather than words). It really helps in many ways.

All the best, and thanks again!
